Steak Kabobs Marinade

I've been making this marinade for steak kabobs for over four years, and it's our favorite.  Naturally, the longer you let the steak chill in the marinade, the tastier it will be.  This recipe, which calls for one pound of sirloin tips, makes four servings.

Marinade ingredients (per one pound of sirloin tips):
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Cut the steak into 2-inch cubes and marinate for at least two hours...longer if you can.

When it's time to assemble the kabobs, chop your veggies.  I prefer green peppers and red onions, but you can use any kind of pepper or onion, and even cherry tomatoes.
Alternate the veggies with the meat, trying to have both the peppers and onion touch various pieces of steak.  When you put the kabobs on the grill, all of the vegetables will flavor and season the meat.
 Voila!  Dinner is served!
