After buying a pair of decent-sized shovels this afternoon, the girls had fun digging on the beach. Evelyn got side-tracked with making buildings.
This picture makes it look like Julia dug that mound of sand all by herself, doesn't it?
Julia needed to inspect the hole that everyone else dug.
It met her criteria - she could take sand from the sides of the hole and throw it.
